had something of value to offer!
One caution, and you probably have already figured this out...Without exception, sites we list for you here have presented data in a manner intended to be helpful and to enhance your real estate experience. But the sites that are not local have incorporated some hopelessly out-of-date information. In some cases they purchase databases that look OK, but are either outdated or simply erroneous. Realtor.com, as an example, lists schools in the "neighborhood analysis" section of the Eugene listings that have been closed for more than 20 years! They also have automated composing and presentation subroutines, and sometimes they can result in rubbish.
Listings presented are incomplete, out-of-date, and it has been found that attempts to correct this information has not resulted in any improvement. These sites rely on quantity, not quality. They attempt to service the entire nation, and that's simply not possible. The effort required to keep services like this current is not economical.
Keep in mind that your local Real Estate professional is still your best source of information.
